Premium Plate Carrier (PPC) – lightweight low-profile design
The ZipTAC Premium Plate Carrier (PPC) is a compact, lightweight and low-profile plate carrier designed specifically for airsoft (ASG). Its minimalist construction keeps bulk to a minimum while providing excellent freedom of movement. At the same time, the system remains fully modular and adaptable to different roles and loadouts.
The PPC can be precisely adjusted to the wearer’s body and fits close to the torso, ensuring high comfort and stability during dynamic movement.
Construction and modularity
Both the front and rear panels feature full laser-cut MOLLE fields, allowing attachment of magazine pouches, hydration systems, radios and other accessories.
Additional MOLLE areas on the cummerbund provide further customization options.
The removable front panel can be quickly swapped using hook-and-loop panels and buckles, making it compatible with alternative panels or chest rigs for rapid reconfiguration.
Cummerbund and fit
The adjustable elastic cummerbund (sizes S–XXL) ensures a secure fit without restricting mobility.
Two integrated adjustable pockets in the cummerbund provide space for magazines, radios or grenades.
Elastic sections improve comfort and flexibility during all movements.
Rear adjustment allows fine-tuning of the overall fit.
Comfort and usability
Front-mounted quick-release buckles allow fast donning and doffing with a strong downward pull.
Adjustable shoulder straps ensure proper height adjustment and correct positioning of the plate carrier.
Integrated routing channels on the shoulder straps guide antennas, cables or hydration hoses.
Two foam dummy plates are included to provide structure and shape.
