Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract concluded via our online shop within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete the form enclosed with the delivery and return it together with the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; this also applies to airsoft models modified specifically for the consumer with a GATE TITAN or MOSFET option;
– for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely for contracts:
– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
– for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
