Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver within Germany and the EU. Shipping days are Tuesday to Saturday.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.95 per order for deliveries within Germany. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For shipping outside Germany, we charge a flat fee of €16.95 per order. These shipping costs are also clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For orders with a value of €150 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
The flat shipping rate of €7.95 includes statutory VAT. As VAT on shipping depends on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods with a lower VAT rate are ordered (e.g. books). Therefore, the final shipping cost can only be calculated during the ordering process. It will not increase but may only be reduced in your favour.
Cash on delivery costs an additional €8.95, in addition to the flat shipping fee of €7.95.
Age verification
Age verification must be presented to the delivery driver or postal employee upon delivery or collection at the post office. Shipments for customers aged 18 and over cannot be delivered to a parcel locker (Packstation).
Age verification does NOT need to be sent to us by email.

Cash on delivery
Please have the invoice amount ready; the delivery driver will collect payment in cash upon delivery (no cheques). An additional €5.95 cash-on-delivery fee applies, payable directly to the delivery service.
