1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to business relations between

(hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer (“Customer”).

Customer service is available on weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by phone at +49 2822 9775866 or via email at airsoft@koeln.de.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed by the seller.

2. Offers and descriptions

Product presentations do not constitute legally binding offers but invitations to place an order.
All offers are subject to availability and errors excepted.
Due to soft-boot operation, the seller reserves the right to cancel incorrect orders.

3. Ordering process and contract

The customer selects products and places them in the shopping cart.
By clicking “order with obligation to pay” the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the goods or written order confirmation.

For advance payment, payment must be received within 10 days.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made after payment receipt (advance payment).
Failure of delivery caused by the customer may result in cancellation.
In case of non-availability, a substitute product may be offered or refunded.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Invoice payments must be settled within 30 days.
Third-party providers’ terms (e.g. Klarna) apply.
Late payment incurs statutory interest.

6a. Klarna

Payment options via Klarna include invoice, instalments, direct transfer and direct debit.
Use is subject to credit assessment and data transfer to Klarna.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain property of the seller until paid in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty applies.
Any additional guarantee must be expressly stated.

9. Liability

Unlimited liability applies in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Limited liability applies to foreseeable damages in cases of minor negligence.
No limitation for personal injury or product liability.

10. Storage of contract text

Customers may print their contract.
Order confirmation including these terms is sent by email.

11. Final provisions

Place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office.
Contract language is German.
