TacPants G6 – modern cut with maximum freedom of movement The ZipTAC TacPants G6 were developed based on extensive experience with modern combat trousers. While the overall construction follows proven tactical standards, these TacPants feature a slimmer, more modern and athletic fit, designed specifically for comfort and mobility under demanding conditions. These tactical pants are suitable for training, outdoor use and airsoft, and are designed as a core component of a complete tactical loadout. Construction and materials The pants are made from durable ripstop cotton fabric with synthetic fiber content, as commonly used in high-end combat trousers. Compared to traditional field pants, the material is more tear-resistant, more flexible and absorbs significantly less moisture when wet. Thin stretch panels, often found on standard combat pants, have been replaced with robust heavy-duty stretch material in a matching camouflage pattern. This improves durability without compromising flexibility. Mobility and fit Heavy-duty stretch zones are positioned above the seat, along the inner thighs and above the knees, allowing the TacPants to conform to the body like a second skin. These zones ensure unrestricted movement during dynamic actions such as kneeling, crouching or climbing. The waistband, knee areas and leg cuffs are adjustable via hook-and-loop closures, ensuring a secure and precise fit. Integrated knee pad system The TacPants feature integrated knee pads that are removable and secured with hook-and-loop fastening. The height of the knee pads can be individually adjusted using a drawcord located in the thigh pocket area above the knee. An additional hook-and-loop strap behind the knee ensures the pads remain securely in place. When standing, the knee pads should sit slightly below the knee, automatically shifting into the optimal position when kneeling. WARNING: Follow washing instructions. TacShirt – designed for demanding conditions The ZipTac TacShirt is a modern combat shirt developed for use in dynamic and demanding environments. It is suitable for airsoft (ASG), training, outdoor activities and general tactical use, where comfort, durability and freedom of movement are essential. Designed as part of a functional tactical uniform, this combat shirt performs reliably both as a standalone garment and when worn under plate carriers or other load-bearing equipment. Construction and materials The sleeves and shoulder areas are made from durable, tear-resistant ripstop fabric, providing protection against abrasion, vegetation, insects and BB impacts. The main body is constructed from a comfortable cotton-polyester blend that adapts well to the body and reduces pressure points when worn under tactical gear. The central fabric efficiently wicks moisture away from the body and supports optimal thermoregulation during intense physical activity. In colder conditions, the shirt can easily be combined with thermal base layers.
